🚗 Hire Car Terms & Conditions
- Compulsory Excess: £800 applies to all hire vehicles (regardless of fault).
- Optional Excess Reduction: £35 per day (over 25s only) to reduce the excess to £350.
- Daily Hire Charge: £25 per day will be added to your invoice.
- Vehicle Tracking: All vehicles are tracked for security and monitoring.
- Accidents: In the event of an accident, call 01223 563030 immediately. The excess is payable regardless of fault. If repair costs are less than the excess, we will refund the difference. If you are found not at fault, a full refund of the excess will be made on completion of the claim.
- Cleaning/Valet: If the vehicle is returned in an unsatisfactory condition, a full valet charge of £100 will apply.
- Fines & Charges: You are responsible for all penalties and charges (e.g. congestion/bus lane, speeding, parking, clamping/towing). An administration fee of £25 applies to each fine/charge processed.
- Fuel Policy: Vehicles are supplied with fuel at the start. You are responsible for all fuel used and must return the vehicle with the same fuel level as at collection. If not, we will refuel and charge £2.15 per litre for the shortfall.
- No Pets: Pets are not permitted in the vehicle.
- No Smoking: Smoking (including e-cigarettes/vaping) is not permitted in the vehicle.
Statement of Liability: By signing below, you confirm you have read and understood these terms, accept liability for the applicable excess (payable regardless of fault), and agree to all charges outlined above.
